Accommodation agreement

(Application of this agreement) 
Article 1 Use of the Tamachan Dome (located in Yoshida-cho, Akitakata City) operated by Tamashige Denso Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the hotel. The accommodation agreement and the contract related to it to be concluded with the person who wishes to do so shall be in accordance with the provisions of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"), and for matters not stipulated in this agreement, It shall be in accordance with laws and regulations or generally established customs.
2 The user shall be deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of this agreement when using the hotel. 
3 Regardless of the provisions of Paragraph 1, the museum can comply with special contracts to the extent that it does not violate the purpose, laws and customs of this contract. 


(Application for accommodation contract) 
Article 2 Those who wish to apply for accommodation at the hotel are requested to inform the hotel of the following matters. 
① Name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, gender, occupation, date of stay, estimated time of arrival 
② For foreigners, nationality, passport number, harbor before and after harbor 
③ Departure date, number of nights, number of people, departure time 
④ Other matters deemed necessary by the museum 
2 If a guest staying at the hotel (hereinafter referred to as "guest") requests to continue staying beyond the staying date set forth in item 1 of the preceding paragraph during the stay, the hotel will be at the time of the request. It is assumed that you have applied for a new accommodation contract. 
3 We do not allow guests under the age of 16 to stay without an adult companion. If you are a minor over 16 years old and want to apply for accommodation at the hotel, you will need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 
(Conclusion of accommodation contract, etc.) 
Article 3 The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However,
This does not apply when the hotel proves that it has not consented.
2. When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a fixed period may be required to pay a reservation fee up to the accommodation fee for the accommodation period. 
3. If the reservation fee set forth in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date designated by the hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall cease to be effective. However, this is limited to cases where the hotel has notified the guest of the due date for payment of the reservation fee. 
4. If the reservation fee set forth in the preceding paragraph is stipulated in Article 6, it will be applied to the penalty set forth in the same Article, and if there is a balance, it will be refunded.

 
(Rejection of accommodation acceptance) 
Article 4 The hotel may not accept accommodation contracts in the following cases.
① When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy. 
② When the application for accommodation does not comply with this agreement. 
③ When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay may act in violation of the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good manners and customs regarding accommodation. 
④ When the person who intends to stay is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (d). 
B. Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Acts by Boryokudan Members (Law No. 77 of 1991) Article 2, Item 2

⑧ When it is judged that it is an act that causes trouble for other customers. 
⑨ In addition, when the museum determines that there is a reason similar to the preceding items, or when it finds that it violates the rules of use of the museum. 


(Guest's right to cancel contract) 
Article 5 Guests can cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest, the hotel will charge a penalty as follows. 
① If canceled 2 days before the accommodation date, 25% of the accommodation fee 
② If canceled the day before the accommodation date 50% of the accommodation fee 
③ If you cancel on the day of your stay or if you do not arrive without contact, 100% of the room charge 
3 If the guest does not arrive at 4 pm on the day of stay, the hotel may consider the reservation to be canceled and process it. 
4 If the guest is deemed to have been canceled pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest's failure to arrive without contacting the guest shall be blamed on the non-delivery or delay of public transportation such as trains and aircraft, and other responsibilities of the guest. If you prove that the reason is not, you will not be charged the penalty set forth in paragraph 2. 


(Cancellation of contract at the hotel) 
Article 6 The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When it is recognized that the guest may act in violation of the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good manners and customs, or when it is recognized that the guest has committed the same act. 
(2) When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c). 
B. Boryokudan, Boryokudan members, Boryokudan associate members, Boryokudan officials, and other antisocial forces 
(B) When a gang or a gang member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities 
C. A corporation whose officers are classified as gangsters 
③ When the guest speaks or acts that causes significant inconvenience to other guests. 
④ When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease. 
⑤ When a violent request for accommodation is made or a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested. 
⑥ If you cannot stay overnight due to freedom caused by force majeure such as a natural disaster. 
⑦ When the payment of the reservation fee set forth in Article 3, Paragraph 2 is requested and the payment is not made by the deadline. 
⑧ If you do not comply with the prohibited items of the terms of use established by the hotel. 
⑨ In addition, when the museum determines that there is a reason similar to the preceding items, or when it finds that it violates the rules of use of the museum. 
2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the charges for accommodation services, etc. that the guest has not yet received will be calculated and paid as a penalty at the time of cancellation as stipulated in paragraph 2 of the preceding article. .. 


(Accommodation registration) 
Article 7 Guests are required to register the following matters on the day of their stay by the method specified by the hotel.
① Name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, gender, occupation 
② For foreigners, nationality, passport number, harbor before and after harbor 
③ Departure date, number of people, departure time 
④ Other matters deemed necessary by the museum 


(Room usage time) 
Article 8 Guests can use our guest rooms from 1:00 pm to 10:00 the next morning. However, if you stay consecutively, you can use it all day except the arrival date and departure date.
2 If the guest's baggage or personal belongings are left behind in the hotel or in the guest room after the guest has checked out, the hotel will take measures that the hotel considers appropriate in accordance with the law. If the owner of the baggage or personal belongings is clearly identified, the hotel may, at its discretion, contact the owner and request instructions (but not obligatory). 
3 After the guest checks out, if it is clear that the hotel facilities will be used for the amount of time equivalent to the stay in the hotel other than the guest room, a considerable fee may be charged. 


(Payment of charges) 
Article 9 Fees will be paid at the front desk (reception desk) at the time of guest check-in or when the hotel requests it, using Japanese currency or a credit card approved by the hotel.
2 Even if the guest does not voluntarily stay after the hotel has provided the guest room and made it available for use, the accommodation fee will be charged. 


(Compliance with usage rules) 
Article 10 Guests are required to comply with the terms of use established by the hotel in addition to this agreement.


(Responsibility of the hotel) 
Article 11 Responsibility for accommodation at the hotel begins when the guest registers for accommodation at the reception desk of the hotel or when he / she enters the guest room, whichever comes first, and ends when the guest checks out for departure. increase.
2 The hotel is not responsible for accidents that occur because guests do not comply with the usage rules established by the hotel. 
3 If it becomes impossible to provide a guest room to a guest due to reasons attributable to the hotel, the same shall apply to the guest as much as possible with the consent of the guest, unless it is difficult due to a natural disaster or other reasons. We will arrange other accommodations depending on the conditions. 


(Responsibility for parking, etc.) 
Article 12 The hotel does not take any responsibility for any damage caused in the parking lot. However, only for parking lots managed by the hotel, in managing the parking lot, if the hotel intentionally or negligently causes damage, the damage will be compensated.


(Guest responsibility) 
Article 13 If the hotel suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the guest, the guest will be required to compensate the hotel for the damage.


(Handling of checked items) 
Article 14 The hotel cannot store guest's goods. 


(Money and other valuables) 
Article 15 Money and other valuables are the responsibility of the guest. The museum is not responsible for any damages such as loss or damage.


(Use of free Wi-Fi) 
Article 16 The use of free Wi-Fi in the hotel is at the guest's own risk. The hotel will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the guest as a result of service interruption due to system failure or other reasons during use.
2 When using free Wi-Fi, if damage is expected to the hotel or a third party due to an act that the hotel deems inappropriate, or if the damage occurs, the amount equivalent to the damage will be charged. 


(Changes to this agreement) 
Article 17 Matters not stipulated in this agreement and the contents of this agreement may be changed without prior notice if it is determined that it is necessary for conducting business.


(Governing law) 
Article 18 The governing law regarding this agreement shall be Japanese law. 


(Court of competent jurisdiction)
Article 19 If a dispute arises between the guest and the Company regarding this agreement, the Hiroshima District Court Miyoshi Branch shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
 

​Usage rules

The simple lodging in the Tamachan Dome (located in Yoshida-cho, Akitakata City, hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") operated by Tamashige Denso Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is safe and comfortable for customers. We have established the following usage rules in order to use the service, and we ask for your cooperation. Please note that if you do not follow these rules, we will refuse to use the facilities in the simple lodging.  

1 Scope of application 
The hotel has a campsite as well as a simple lodging facility (including guest rooms, bathrooms, washrooms, toilets, decks, and reception desks. Hereinafter referred to as "facilities in the simple lodging facility"). This usage rule applies to visitors who use various facilities in the simple lodging. In addition, if you use the campsite, we will apply these Terms of Use and agree to all of these Terms of Use. However, if there is no provision in this rule, the accommodation agreement will be applied.

 
2 Thing about fire prevention and security
 
② Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
 
(2) Please do not enter any facilities other than those for customers, such as the office building, warehouse building, and machine room.
 
③ Do not touch fire alarms, emergency doors, firefighting equipment, and other items except in an emergency.
 


3 Regarding the handling of lost items, etc. 
We will handle lost and found items in accordance with the law (Lost and Found Law).

 
4 Thing about facilities in simple lodging
 
① About the use of free Wi-Fi
 
A. You can use the free Wi-Fi internet of the hotel freely, but we will refuse to browse or use it in violation of public order and morals.
 
Free Wi-Fi is provided as part of the service provision and does not guarantee 100% of the Internet environment.
 
C. Please note that the communication speed may decrease or the connection may not be established depending on the customer's device settings and line congestion.
 
D. We cannot provide any support for various settings of your personal computer or communication terminal environment.
 
E. It is the customer's responsibility to protect and manage the security of the connected communication terminal device.
 
② About the available time of facilities and equipment

③ About the usage time of various facilities in the simple lodging
 
Guests can use the facilities of the hotel from 1:00 pm on the check-in day to 10:00 am on the check-out day. Facilities cannot be used before check-in or after check-out.

 
5 Behavioral matters
 
① Customers using the hotel must follow the instructions of the staff of the hotel. If you do not consent, you may be asked to leave the museum.
 
② Only customers who have a contract with the hotel can enter and leave the hotel. If it is discovered that the number of users exceeds the number of contracted users without any request, the excess usage will be charged.
 
③ Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. If you smoke, please be sure to use the designated outdoor smoking area.
 
④ Please dispose of the garbage generated in the hotel according to the sorting of the hotel.
 
⑤ Those who drink alcohol in the hotel cannot drive a car or bicycle.
 
⑥ Dangerous goods and items prohibited by law cannot be brought into the hotel.
 
⑦ There is no curfew at the hotel, but please behave in a modest manner so as not to bother other guests or neighbors.

 
6 Responsibility
 
We are not responsible for any troubles that occur between customers who use the hotel or between customers and third parties. Please be sure to settle between the parties.
 


7 Thing about built-in home appliances, equipment, etc. 
(1) The museum will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur due to the intention or negligence of the customer regarding the home appliances and equipment of the museum.
 
(2) If the home appliances and equipment of the hotel are damaged or stolen, the customer will be required to compensate.
 


8 Other prohibited matters 
The following acts are prohibited.
 
(1) Gambling or disturbing morals at various facilities in the simple lodging.
 
(2) Loud, singing, or noisy acts that may cause inconvenience to other guests at the facilities in the simple lodging.
 
③ It is recognized that there is a risk of causing inconvenience to other customers due to extremely unclean body or clothing.
 
④ Use the guest rooms for purposes other than accommodation and eating and drinking without the permission of the hotel.
 
⑤ Bring something that may be a nuisance to other guests to the facilities in the simple lodging.
 
⑥ Animals such as dogs, cats and small birds, pets in general (excluding guide dogs and service dogs)
 
⑦ Explosives and oils that are easily ignited or ignited, dangerous products, items that emit a foul odor, and other items that are prohibited by law.
 
⑧ Acts that change the current situation, such as scratching or foreign objects on the facilities and articles of the facilities in the simple lodging, or moving them to other places without the permission of the hotel. Also, the act of taking it out of the building.
 
⑨ Advertisement, distribution of promotional materials, posting, sale of goods, solicitation, business activities, distribution of leaflets, etc., signing activities, etc. at various facilities in the simple lodging without permission.
 
⑩ Make the photos taken in the museum public for business purposes without the permission of the museum.
 
⑪ General acts that cause trouble to other users
 
⑫ Other acts that the museum deems inappropriate.
 


9 Information 
(1) This hotel is a glamping facility defined as a simple lodging facility, and is operated under a business license from the inn business.
 
(2) Regarding personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") that we have learned through application or use of simple lodgings, we will comply with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and other laws and regulations, and will be a good manager. It shall be managed with caution.
 
A. You agree that we will use your personal information within the scope of the purposes of each of the following items.
 
(A) To provide various services requested by the customer to the customer
 
(B) To inform customers of the matters necessary for the operation of various services
 
(C) To carry out various questionnaires to help improve various services and other facilities
 
(D) To develop new services according to the usage status and attributes of various services
 
(E) To provide information on related services and events
 
(F) In addition to the previous items, to use for the purpose of obtaining the prior consent of the customer
 
(G) In order to contact the customer due to other unavoidable circumstances
 
B. The Company may outsource operations related to the provision of various services to a third party. In this case, the Company may have the contractor handle the personal information of the customer to the extent necessary for business execution, and the customer agrees in advance.
 
C. In addition to the cases specified in the preceding paragraph, if any of the following items apply, we may disclose or provide your personal information to a third party.
 
(A) When there is an urgent need to protect personal or public safety
 
(B) When a court order, compulsory disposition based on laws and regulations, or disclosure is required by laws and regulations
 
(C) When a rational and unavoidable reason that the Company deems indispensable for maintaining the operation of this service occurs
 
③ The e-mail address registered when using the hotel can be used to advertise or notify the customer at any time of the hotel.
 
④ The photos, texts, and designs posted on this website and the SNS pages owned by the museum are under the ownership of the museum. It is prohibited to use it without permission.
 
⑤ Posting of photographs taken in this facility to various media is prohibited unless approved by the Company.
 
⑥ The contents of these Terms of Use are subject to change without notice, and there is no obligation to give advance notice.
